That being said, the recent debacle regarding VIP status really brings it down. While I could honestly not care less about being at that particular tier myself, the way it was handled was poorly conceived and people are justified in their anger. The requirement for a separate subscription was not made clear to users from the onset, so many paid for premium only to have part of what they perceived to have paid for revoked without due notice.
